Carr's Confections is a licensed home bakery located at 10 Higgins Street in Shrewsbury, MA, specializing in handcrafted chocolates, stuffed bars, seasonal treats, and custom sweets.

 

I’m a stay-at-home mom running this small business my home kitchen, and every order is made with care, creativity, and a whole lot of love.

 

What makes Carr's Confections unique is the skill set behind the craft. I attended Minuteman High School in Lexington, where I gained baking and culinary certificates. Upon graduation, I went on to The Culinary Institute of America, earning my Bachelor's in Baking and Pastry Arts Management (training with world-class chefs). After culinary school, I worked at Fenway Park, independent cafes, and bakeries across the state.

Now, I'm a stay-at-home mom working to keep my career and skill set alive while passing the knowledge on to others.

I offer pickup, local delivery, and shipping within only. Looking for a specific pickup day or time? Just let me know! I’m always happy to accommodate when possible, and I can either create a custom order for you or add a note to your order for preferred times. You can also arrange to pick up orders at any markets or events listed on our Events page.

 

 All of our marshmallows and gummies are made with halal-certified beef gelatin customers who avoid pork products. Looking for something extra special? We offer custom items such as party trays, chocolate-covered Oreos, dipped treats, and more.
