Officially opening in 2023 with a newly refreshed branding and menu! Welcome chocolate lovers to experience Carr's Confections for themselves. Carr's Confections is solely an online business offering curbside pick up or delivery, currently servicing Massachusetts. While I am in our start up phase we would highly encourage any feed back or suggestions that you as the customer would love to see.
About the Owner
Elyse has had a passion for the culinary world as long as she can remember. Graduating High school from Minuteman tech in Lexington, MA she was able to further pursue that passion. From working in the high schools fast food venue, to working catering events and helping teach cooking to kids she pushed the limit. Wanting to get her hands into everything she could, she competed in Skills USA and dug into every opportunity that came her way. Upon graduation she went to the The Culinary Institute of America and graduated with her Bachelors of professional studies in Baking and Pastry Arts Management. She has worked in a wide array of businesses from interning at Kondietor Miester Bakery, Pastry Supervisor at Fenway Ball Park, Kitchen Manager at Spruce street café, Teaching Wilton cake decorating classes and Breads Team Leader at Wegmans Food Market. She has been studying her craft for the last 15 years digging her hands into many aspects of the pastry world and is beyond excited to share her knowledge with you! Today she is a stay at home mom to a sweet little girl. Carr's Confections is her home based business allowing her to combine her passion for confections and love for family.
