**About the Owner**

Elyse has nurtured her passion for the culinary arts for as long as she can remember. After graduating from Minuteman Tech in Lexington, MA, she explored various culinary avenues, from working in fast food to catering events and teaching cooking to children. Her dedication led her to compete in Skills USA and seize every opportunity available. Elyse graduated from The Culinary Institute of America with a Bachelor's in Professional Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts Management. Her diverse experience includes internships at Konditor Meister Bakery, serving as Pastry Supervisor at Fenway Ball Park, Kitchen Manager at Spruce Street Café, teaching Wilton cake decorating classes, and leading the Breads Team at Wegmans Food Market. With 15 years of experience in the pastry world, she is excited to share her expertise with you! Now a stay-at-home mom to a lovely little girl, Carr's Confections allows her to blend her passion for sweets with her love for family.
