What are your payment options?
Currently we offer credit card payments through the online site. However if you are placing a custom order I have other options such as PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Check or Cash.
Do you offer shipping?
Indulge in delicious chocolate creations with the convenience of pick-up or delivery for a small fee. I offer optional no contact pick up or delivery. For those who live a little further away in MA you may opt for shipping. Our chocolates are handcrafted with love and care, using only the finest ingredients. During warmer months I will not be offering shipping for chocolate items as they may become damaged in shipping. Please note while I am in the start up phase of developing and protecting systems I try to offer the quickest shipping, delivery or pick up times. But during times of an influx of ordered, large orders or holidays times may vary. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Do you offer a discount for friends or family?
At Carr's Confections, I take great pride in our handcrafted, artisanal chocolates. Unfortunately, we do not offer any special family and friends discounts. However, what I do offer is a wide selection of chocolates made with only the finest ingredients. From smooth milk chocolate to bold dark chocolate, we have something for every chocolate lover. When you buy from my business you are buying handcrafted chocolates from a small family. You are also supporting someone dream of expanding their business and years of training. Please note that I use only the best ingredients i can source and the more business and support i have will actually drive my costs down.
What if I want something completely customized?
While I do my best to accommodate many orders I cannot guarantee that I will be able to produce what you would like. Please reach out to us and we will let you know if we will be able to do it. As well as any additional charged that may be included.
